Q. What notice do I need to give for a booking?
To receive the unit of your choice it is best to give as much notice as possible, however we will do our utmost to accommodate last minute bookings.
Q. Does the price include delivery and set up?
Yes, the price includes delivery, set-up, demonstration and collection.
Q. How long can I have the equipment for?
As long as you like subject to booking and availability. Discounts are available for long term hire.
Q. What if I need to cancel?
No problem, just give us a call. We do not charge a cancellation fee however, we would appreciate as much notice as possible.
Q. Is a deposit required?
No. Unless your booking exceeds £300, whereupon a 25% deposit will be required.
Q. How do I pay?
A payment of cash or cheque (with guarantee card) will be payable upon delivery.
Q. How long does it take to set-up and inflate?
Set up normally takes about 20 minutes, as does collection.
Q. Do I need to keep the unit plugged in?
Yes, while the inflatable is in use, the blower must remain switched on at all times to keep it inflated.
Q. What kind of power is required?
All of our products plug into a standard household outlet. We will supply the cables and RCD breakers, and ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are using. Placement of the unit should be no more than 40m from that outlet.
Q. Where can the equipment be used?
Indoors or outdoors subject to available space and a suitable electricity supply.
Q. How much room do I need?
This is specific to the unit you are hiring. If required (and local) we can carry out a site survey prior to the rental date. This will ensure you make the right decision and avoid disappointment on your special day!
Q. Are the castles clean?
Our castles are cleaned on arrival. All we ask is that you look after the castle and keep it as clean as it arrives. This includes no face paints, party streamers, silly string and anything that may cause permanent staining.
Q. Are they safe?
Yes. Our equipment is inspected regularly and our Bouncy Castles are PIPA tagged & certified. However,as with any activity involving small children, an adult MUST supervise the activity at all times. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the Bouncy Castle and other Inflatables. All of our Bouncy Castles are re-tested and re-certified anually.
Q. Are you Insured?
Yes. While it is not a legal requirement, we do hold public liability insurance.
Q. How do I know if I am hiring my Castle from a reputable company?
We are a professional local company and are members of the British Inflatable Hirers Alliance and PIPA registered operators. The BIHA organization was set up to promote safe and consistent working practices within our field of business. All our bouncy castles are certificated and appropriate safety matting and anchorage is always supplied.
